Muse Atelier - now Metz & Chew - initiated this vision with the help of landscape architects Scatcliff + Miller + Murray Inc. They approached Goldray Glass with their concept and our team created an installation that was stunning, yet sturdy. To obtain the vibrant color and texture, Goldray combined heat-treated clear glass for stability, with a delicate art glass film interlayer. The result is a resilient, laminated decorative glass structure that reflects or diffuses the light, producing an ethereal glow.

The City of Calgary's Public Art Program, within the division of Culture, is committed to acquiring great public art that impacts the urban landscape and transforms the way Calgarians see, think and experience the city around them.
